Our Helpdesk software “Sentinel” and has been specifically designed and built by Bluebox. By combining our years of experience and knowledge we have created a Helpdesk that features all of the requirements, to ensure all bases are covered for successfully managing and maintaining facilities.
Working closely with Bluebox throughout the development and build of the software we have made certain that the user experience is core to the application, ensuring that the ergonomics, performance, design and usability have been honed to keep the user central to the interface of the system.
Within our database each client has its own fully bespoke-able “contract of service” which will be built for the specific requirements of that client needs including service levels, contractor information and reporting procedures.
Being fully customisable the portal allows specific access levels within each contract, providing full control over the database depending on the client’s instructions, e.g., site managers only being able to view data relating to their own site with access rights escalating up to senior FM’s being able to view the whole estate.
